This project involved building second and third floors in an existing four story atrium, for new classrooms.  Structural steel was needed immediately, so IDEA coordinated the efforts of the structural engineer and one of our steel suppliers to design, fabricate, and procure the structural steel on a highly accelerated schedule. 

IDEA’s project team continued to work closely with the school, the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to identify and expedite other, time critical, project elements.  As a result of this effort, the project was successfully completed during the summer break.
