The Ministry Center is home for the bishop and the administrative offices of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. The facility includes the bishop’s office suite, offices for the conference’s staff, a chapel, a library, a kitchen, and various meeting rooms.
As with most projects, this one began with a challenging budget. Working with the design team and the building committee, we identified “value engineering” solutions that reduced cost while preserving the functionality and quality of the building. We achieved both the programming and budget objectives, then went on to successfully completed the project on schedule and under budget.
