This addition was wood frame construction, with masonry exterior and composition shingle roof.  It included resident rooms, a library and an ice cream bar.  The challenge on this project was to complete the addition without disturbing the residents, particularly those with rooms directly adjacent to the construction.  IDEA successfully completed the work without a single complaint and went on to build an addition for to the church that owns this facility.
